Clinical Supply Chain - Change Associate | 6 month contract | £400 per day Qdos assessed 'Outside of scope' This role requires someone who can partner with the business to support the project deliverables and end users with identifying, designing and delivering quality Change Management & L&D activities. A confident, organised, delivery focused individual with strong people management and communication skills with previous experience from a change & training background essential. Will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. Experience in partnering with business SME's to drive the development of training materials and change resources highly desirable. A strong facilitator who can manage and lead workshops in support of change impacts assessments and learning needs analysis. Experiences in measuring ROI & ROE desirable.
