This role can be either home based or site based although the successful candidate will need be located within a reasonable distance to our Tewkesbury or Wolverhampton site. This is a standalone position and so you will be required to work autonomously in either situation. You’ll assist the Regional Manager and the Senior EHS Engineer in keeping multiple projects on track and ensure that deliverables, milestones and KPI are met. This will be done using Microsoft Project or similar. You’ll be required to track data, from a variety of sources and will need to be able to analyse it and present it in a variety of different formats. You’ll have an understanding of EHS Legislation and where necessary provide updates to the business, when regulatory changes or updates take place. Working with other Regional Analysts will also be responsible for helping to build and maintain the corporate EHS team SharePoint pages. Principle Accountabilities: Assist EHS teams in the building and publishing of forms, training, lessons learned. Draft communication/ training resources for the Regional team to review and approve for use. Coordinate communication/training events in support of Regional engineering/management and assist with the roll out of information across the Region. Administer software platforms to ensure data being submitted is properly categorized and directed through the system in a timely fashion. Collect and communicate to Regional team regulatory changes that occur for subjects being measured and assist the team in their risk assessment/ roll out of these changes. Gather and provide metrics on EHS data for the Regional team and/or Director. Manage all EHS resources developed by the regional teams/ Director to ensure files are revision controlled and accessible to users. Provide training and execution support to sites needing to use Regional/Corporate resource systems. Key Expertise Degree qualified or equivalent in a relevant discipline such as Science. Minimum 2 years’ experience assessing EHS related data. Proficient with Excel data entry and graphing, Word, Power point.
