Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the corporate commercial team of a leading UK law firm in London. The role will involve a broad range of corporate and commercial matters with a particular focus on Charities law, including advising on the Charities Act and the Companies Act, charity trustee and director's duties, removal of trustees, mergers and group restructures, and other general corporate and commercial transactions involving corporate charities. The successful candidate will be England & Wales qualified and have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, including 3 years of experience in Charities law. Strong academics and excellent written and oral communication skills are required for this role. The firm offers a good compensation package and career progression.
