Overview
Freightserve recruitment are looking to recruit a Transport and Warehouse Manager for a busy Freight company based in the Heathrow area. The role will require the person to have experience with Supervising / Managing a Freight Transport and Warehouse operation. Duties:- Managing the company's vehicle fleet Supervising a team of Drivers and Warehouse operatives (Plan workload) Deal with all sub-contractors and suppliers Make sure all the fleet of vehicles are maintained (road worthy) Complete all reports and various administration Assist with all collection and deliveries Assist with various Warehouse duties (Loading and unloading vehicles) Forklift duties Dealing with all escalation problems Customer service Implement Health and safety policies Working closely with senior Management Working hours are based on a Monday - Friday day shift (flexibility required).
