Project Test Manager Location: Brighton Salary: Up to £45,500 Working with an award-winning provider of investment in the heart of Brighton, just a 10 minute walk from the station and a stone's throw away from the beach. The purpose of this role is to manage project testing in line with group methodology and standards and support the delivery of change initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and define the Project Test Plans for all Portfolio of Change projects to ensure requirements and design are delivered. You will be working with IT Test, the Business and third-party suppliers to manage and delivery quality systems and services into production. Responsibilities You will be providing input to the programme/project management on the testing needs of projects You will be delivering and managing the Project Test Plan/Approach, working with Project Managers, IT, Business Analysts and Third-Party suppliers to ensure risks of any test approaches are understood Work with the business to source business users, taking responsibility for UAT stage, live proving and the quality of the system they use Provide test updates and MI to key project stakeholders and committees Analyse and research industry best practice to help continuously enhance OneFamily Test methodology and practice Ensure full visibility and traceability of testing by delivering test documentation, reviewing test conditions and business processes, managing test execution and being responsible for post implementation/live acceptance/validation test criteria Further the organisation’s test discipline by way of quality controls, coaching and guidance, ensuring that the test products support industry best practice and are aligned to the correct methodology Skills, experience and knowledge required Minimum of ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Level certified test achieved or equivalent experience Experience in use of Test Management tooling, ideally MS Azure DevOps or TFS Comfortable working within a range of project and solution delivery methodologies, including Agile , Waterfall and Hybrid Proven Test Management experience with a record of change/transformation delivery Competent technical expert, knowledgeable in Test function/discipline, capable of drawing on experience as well as seeking to develop and improve Experience of Test Management project delivery role within the Financial Services industry desired Proven ability to analyse and convey complicated, sensitive or challenging information to audiences up to and including Executive level Benefits A generous bonus scheme (dependant on role) 25 days paid holiday, plus bank holidays with the option to buy 5 extra days throughout the year Eye tests One paid day a year to volunteer at a local charity of your choice Healthcare, life assurance and pension contributions Training, team building and management development programmes Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave Cycle to work scheme Family bond (after two years of service all employees receive a Family Bond which the company pays £165 into each year Discounted travel If you enjoy working as part of an inclusive, diverse team and want to play a pivotal role in a successful digital transformation, we would love to hear from you Shortlisting now, apply ASAP to avoid disappointment InterQuest Group is acting as an employment agency for this vacancy.
