Birmingham Children's Trust are looking for a Locum Senior Social Worker to join their Children's Safeguarding Team. What's on Offer? Pay rate of £29.93 in line with the West Midlands pay caps Effective Supervision offered on a regular basis Flexible , family friendly policies Responsibilities of the Locum Senior Social Worker: You will be responsible for a complex caseload of children and young people Conduct a range of assessments whilst listening to the views of the people you're supporting Whilst using best practice and ensuring all legislative requirements are met, you will deliver quality children's plans in a proactive and timely manner Empower children, young people and their families by listening to their views.
