Overview
CUSTOMER SERVICES – INBOUND £19,000 - £21,400 TADCASTER Due to an unexpected busy period one of my clients is looking for an experienced inbound customer services advisor to start as soon as possible. You will need to have customer service telephone experience in a busy office or call centre environment, an excellent and confident telephone manner, great IT and data entry skills. Benefits include: Pension, Occupational Sick Pay, Health Care, Life Assurance, and monthly diagnostic incentives Rostered Hours: Average of 35 hours per week covering from 8am to 9pm (Inclusive of two Saturday shifts in every 4 weeks) Very well established and renowned as a facilities leader my client is passionate about delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service & after care to all of their clients. If you have a passion for delivering a high level of customer service and experience working in a demanding commercial customer office environment then I look forward to hearing from you. Your skills that I am looking for That you remain calm under pressure Have excellent telephone customer service experience Administrative accuracy Reactive problem solver Great organisational skills and initiative A positive attitude You will need a sound knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook and a confident telephone manner.
