Client Details This temporary to permanent Payroll Administrator position based in Uxbridge is working for a large FSTE 250 business. Description This temporary to permanent Payroll Administrator position will involve the following responsibilities: Maintaining and updating payroll databases Liaison with internal staff Understanding of Tax and NI and ability to explain clearly to contractors Understanding and inputting Tax documents Good working knowledge of statutory payments - SSP, SPP, SMP & SAP Maintain electronic filing systems Provide information to temporary workers, HMRC, Local Authorities, and Department of Work & Pensions (DWP) etc. Process Limited company payments ensuring correct procedures have been followed General payroll administration duties Profile The successful candidate for this temporary to permanent Payroll Administrator position will need to have the following skills: Flexibility and organisation to deal with a large variety of tasks Basic payroll knowledge and good customer service skills A good telephone manner and command of the English language both written and spoken is essential Strong attention to detail Good Knowledge of Excel Good communication / interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team Computer literate Job Offer This is a temporary Payroll Administrator opportunity with car parking on site. The client also works a half day on a Friday so the working hours are 36.25 per week.
