Overview
IBA Team Leader Due to the continued growth of this insurer group, they have created a new role of IBA Team Leader. This is a hands on IBA / credit control role where you will supervise and mentor a small team. Core responsibilities will include Full supervision and mentoring of a team including setting team objectives, encouraging and empowering the team to reach objectives (both personal and business). Building team relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Active credit control and working with brokers to ensure funds are received Cash allocation and reconciliations Improvement of aged debt positions Preparation of reports for management This is a superb opportunity for an individual with strong IBA skills and experience in leading and mentoring small teams.
