Payroll and Benefits Manager Kingston £45,000 Your new company You'll be working for a globally recognised company based in stunning offices which are within 10 minutes' walk of Kingston station. This company prides themselves on their inclusive culture and are in the process of a transformation with a key focus on wellbeing. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to join an innovative and forward-thinking organisation. Your new role Reporting to the HR Director, you will be working within the HR team, taking sole responsibility for the management of Payroll and Benefits. You'll process a monthly payroll for 500 employees across 8 separate entities as well as managing the benefit function and rolling this out to the organisation. You will take sole charge of the payroll, processing starters, statutory requirements, auto enrolment on the pension scheme and liaising with the benefit providers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, dynamic team and take sole control of a complex, stimulating payroll. What you'll need to succeed You will be determined to get stuck into a hands-on payroll where you can use your up to date payroll legilation knowledge to the best of your ability. You will have had experience dealing with benefit providers and benefit platforms/portals, have advanced processing and administrative skills and have good customer service skills. You'll need to be an advanced excel user and be proficient in ADP Freedom. You'll possess good attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working alongside a diverse team.
