Overview

We have two vacancies for Merchandising Admin Assistants with an established high end Womenswear Brand based in West London, in a contemporary open plan office. You'll enjoy a busy, rewarding and fulfilling role with wide ranging responsibility and involvement in helping grow this iconic brand. The role is open to candidates with previous experience working as an Allocator or Merchandising Admin Assistant or graduates with numerical and analytical skills in a related discipline. Merchandising Admin Assistant role: • Stock potentialisation through allocation and replenishment template management • Intake management, weekly tracking and responsible for intake post black seal approval • Monday trading analysis and any ad hoc analysis to support Assistant Merchandiser • Monthly Competitor shop and department analysis to support lessons learnt • Sizing of buy post sign off (checked and agreed with AM) • Maintaining line flows for continuity product Responsibilities: Allocations: • Stock efficiently sent out in a timely manner by using current product and store trading information with agreement from the Assistant Merchandiser. • Demonstrates a full understanding of the impact of allocations, ensuring that all actions are taken to drive the business including product launch and in season consolidations. • Working towards identifying opportunities for variations within ranging set out at the beginning of season and amendment to grading for future season planning. Intake Management: • Management of tracking intake in the business from point of black seal including supplier lateness discount. • Constant communication with suppliers and buying team to ensure on time and full product launches. • Accurate knowledge of intake with awareness of shipments and any issues, especially involving key lines in the range. • Weekly meeting with the Buyers admin assistants to highlight any opportunities and risks to deliveries and launch. • Regular up to date communicate to the team to escalate any potential risks. Analysis: • Collate Monday trade pack accurately and distribute to team by 9am. • Provide adhoc analysis on stores and product identifying key trade points and proposing actions. • All analysis to be thoroughly checked and presented with key observations and action points when necessary. • Demonstrating a full understanding of the importance of decisions made from analysis. • Taking initiative to produce information to support assistant merchandiser. Skills & experience • Educated to degree level or equivalent • GCSE Maths or equivalent, numerical and analytical skills are essential • Previous experience working as a Merchandising Admin Assistant is not essential but candidates must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the role. • Strong attention to detail, ensuring information is accurate. • Good communication skills, as the role will be liaising with a number of different teams and external partners • Demonstrably computer literate in spreadsheets Ref: 101176
