Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started. **Summary:** AR/VR is looking for an EMEA-based Retail Merchandising Manager who will own the local deployment & execution of Global Merchandising Programs across the UK and Southern Europe (France, Spain and Italy) region. The role will be broken into 2 categories: 1. Brand Advocacy and Field Sales - partnering with agencies to ensure Global programs are executed across the UK and Southern Europe Region, holding both the field sales and agency account team to Program standards/results in accordance to Facebook goals and objectives. 2. Merchandising and Installation - acting as the liaison between Facebook and third party agencies that are responsible for all aspects of the display merchandising program in market, including store visits, reporting and performance management of maintaining interactive displays in retail locations. This person will be based in London and report into the Head of Field Merchandising, based in Menlo Park, California. Partner with agencies to ensure Global Programs are executed in the EU/Southern Europe Region 2. Manage performance of agency Field Sales team, which will include holding account team and field management to high Program standards/results 3. Facilitate weekly conference calls and daily communication with the agency team 4. Support and motivate the agency field and account team to provide added value to the Program and to achieve Facebook goals and objectives 5. Set clear expectations and drive accountability to ensure success of the Program execution 6. Analyse data reporting metrics coming from the agency team to ensure alignment with KPIs set 7. Acting as the liaison between Facebook and third party agencies responsible for all aspects of the Display Merchandising Program in market 8. Act as local liaison with fixture manufacturers and HQ to ensure Program timelines are met for deployment 9. Manage the agency's field team and their performance over display merchandising, display install and break fix execution 10. Support the field team and serve as a liaison between the business needs and Global HQ 11. Set clear expectations and drive accountability to ensure success of the Program execution 12. Oversee all required reporting and administrative duties coming from the agency team **Minimum Qualifications:** 13. Approx. 8+ years' retail project management experience in a merchandising role 14. French language skills to at least a professional proficiency standard is required 15. Demonstrable understanding of the retail landscape with expertise in UK and Southern Europe 16. Experience overseeing merchandising field teams with third party agencies 17. Understanding of Retail Fixture production 18. Demonstrable track record of excellence leading successful retail executions 19. Successful project management skills 20. Extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail, able to detect inconsistencies and errors 21. Approachable and flexible interpersonal skills, with proven ability to managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and various external vendors 22. Experience navigating complex organizational environments where culture and structure varies **Preferred Qualifications:** 23.
