Senior HR Advisor-ER Focus-6 Month FTC (could extend), £37,000-£40,000, Milton Keynes Your new company An Interim opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor-ER Focused, (6 Month FTC, could extend) , within a fast-paced commercial organisation in Milton Keynes. Your new role As an Interim Senior HR Advisor, 6 Month FTC, you will be part of an HR team, reporting to the Head of HR and will be working in a customer facing environment, providing HR advice and guidance on all Employee Relations cases from end-end, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management, maternity, paternity and flexible working, you will also be responsible for the end-end recruitment and selection process and delivering training on HR best practice and updating HR policies and procedures where required. What you'll need to succeed You must have experience at Senior HR Advisor level ideally, within a commercial organisation and you must have a wealth of experience managing disciplinaries and grievances from end-end. You will ideally be qualified to at least level 5 of the CIPD or equivalent and will be able to start with no more than 1 weeks notice.
