Fabric Engineer/Maintenance Operative up to £26k per annum & vehicle/travel time/ OT and bonus (realistic £30k per year) Our client are a leading national FM and Building Services Maintenance provider, due to continued long term contract wins they require a Fabric Engineer/Maintenance Operative to work on a couple of key Commercial sites in Epsom. Handyman/ Fabric Engineer job duties: Duties To cover all fabric maintenance works in region. To attend ppms and reactive maintenance work. Workload and duties will vary and include basic fabric work such as carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, filter changes and cleans of Mechanical Systems, basic electric works, this work will be carried on a number of prestigous contracts in Epsom. Requirements for Handyman/ Fabric Engineer. Proven Track record in commercial building maintenance Versatile and able to cover basic works in a number of disciplines Maintenance Experience Ability to work in the UK Excellent communication skills both verbal and written This is an excellent opportunity to work for a stable and successful Building Maintenance and FM provider, there is an opportunity within this role to develop your skills and my client will make a commitment to your own personal development.
