As a Senior Service Architect, you will be responsible for leading a team of Enterprise Architects. Senior Service Architect - Responsibilities: Working in a team responsible for production of enterprise Service & Process packages accountable for the delivery of end to end packages with the view of 'what do we need to operate' high level of understanding with respect to service management, ITSM toolsets, service architecture, and business services selecting and applying service management principles, policies and techniques Responsible for continuous improvement Own and develop templates Experience in designing E-2-E services Strong vendor management experience If you're interested, please apply by emailing me with a copy of your most up to date CV, your current availability and salary expectation so we may consider you for the shortlisting process.
