CFO £130,000 - £150,000 per annum equity Cardiff A highly profitable manufacturing business based in the Cardiff area is searching for their new CFO, following investment from a well-established private equity fund. Having achieved a £30m turnover and £8m EBITDA, they are 3-4 years' away from exit (which is forecasted to deliver £1.5m for the CFO on completion). They are still keen to continue the hiring process, and are looking to speak with candidates in particular with manufacturing experience and a proven track record within PE-backed businesses.
