Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Paralegal with transactional experience and an interest in working in Structured Finance to join a team of three Paralegals already working with the CLO team. Candidates must ideally have a minimum of six months transactional work in an established law firm; and possess great research skills, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical and organizational skills.
