Overview

Opportunity to work in a dynamic, growing business based in Harold Wood, that specialises in Research and Development tax relief claims for UK businesses. You will be working with consultants across the country and the central office to provide the administration and support required to produce robust R&D tax credit claims for clients in a wide range of industries and ensuring we hit our monthly targets. This role offers a variety of duties and responsibilities and plays a key part in our claims process. Responsibilities will include but not limited to. Sending out relevant documents and information to clients as they go through the R&D Tax credit claim process and processing the information received. Liaising with field-based Consultants, Clients and Accountants Updating trackers for KPI's and appointments etc Sending out invoices & payment forms Reviewing invoices received and commissions Running AML Checks Working with Sage & Receipt Bank Reviewing clients company accounts, CT600’s and Tax computations, and also on line corporation tax account. Data Entry into and updating the CRM System Handling phone calls, inbound and outbound. Ad-Hoc admin. Ideal for someone looking for a long-term position, growing responsibility and interested in working in the financial services sector. You must show you have the following skills: Sage, Computer literate, especially Excel, Word and SharePoint, Google Drive High level of numeracy and accuracy Good organisational, communication and administrative skills Hardworking, Motivated, Team player, adaptive. You must ideally be from a admin or financial background
