They aim to provide the best technically and financially viable engineering solutions and an outstanding global service to ensure our customers and clients meet their goals. Duties: You’ll be responsible for providing market-leading technical documentation for all company products, whilst providing support to the Product Managers You'll be creating customer publications which will include operation instructions, maintenance instructions, troubleshooting guidelines and technical documentations for supplier components. Creating graphic illustrations to support documentation Editing, proofreading and indexing documentation Person Specification: Previous experience within a Technical Author role is essential Clear, concise writing style with the ability to create accurate documentation from drawings to mark ups The ability to read & understand engineering drawings is required Experience in writing HTML and Javascript is essential Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Autodesk Inventor and 3D Cad Software would be beneficial
