Senior HR Advisor Kings Norton £35,000 A leading distribution organisation with a growing reputation is seeking a Senior HR Advisor in order to work in a highly autonomous capacity, providing a truly generalist service to a varied yet growing internal customer base. Being a people-centric Senior HR Advisor you will be involved in all aspects of the HR lifecycle, focused on modernising the existing HR function for a business going through a period of positive cultural change. You will work closely with Managers and staff in order to proactively raise the perception of HR as this is the first time a dedicated HR resource has been embedded within the business, and staff are unaware of the commercial value HR can add the organisation. Whilst providing a generalist service you will drive improvements across all aspects of HR, implementing policies and procedures that are fit-for-purpose and in line with legislation. To be considered for this you will be: Be an accomplished HR generalist; Able to engage with both blue and white collar staff operating at all levels within the business; Experienced in working within a blue collar environment; Understand the modern concepts of HR and look to introduce these in to a traditional business setting; Have a stable career history.
