Temporary Purchasing Administrator Job, Lytham St Annes, full time, £9.25 per hour, immediate start. Your new company You will be working for a large manufacturing and engineering company based in Lytham St Annes. The company specialise in specifically mental work although produce other products. Items that are produced include air dryers, soap dispensers, mirrored cabinets and more. During this current period of uncertainty in the U.K and wider world, they continue to thrive and anticipate that the temporary member of staff for 3 months plus, with a chance of going permanent. Your new role You will be working as a procurement administrator, supporting the procurement manager. Your roles and responsibilities will include: Processing orders Maintaining the in-house database Liaising with other departments and stakeholders Working closely with the purchasing manager Filing documents Photocopying, scanning, general administration Inputting information on Microsoft Word, Excel and further packages Ad-hoc support What you'll need to succeed Essential: To succeed you must have previous experience order processing or order management. You must be IT literate and have strong attention to detail. You must not have left the countries in the past 14 days. Desirable: Experience on the systems ERP or MRP What you'll get in return In return you will be working on a temporary basis for approximately three months, with a chance of going permanent. Your hours of work will be Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 5pm and Friday 08:30 - 1pm. You will receive £9.25 per hour and get paid on a weekly basis.
