Overview
Manufacturing Experience Essential Hours of work: 8:00 - 4:30 Monday - Thursday. 1pm Finish, Friday. 33 Days Holiday Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager seeking a fresh challenge or an Assistant Finance Manager / Management Accountant seeking a managerial role. Finance Manager duties include: Prepare monthly management accounts for all areas of Operating and Capital expenditure Reporting into the offsite Business Area Controller providing a monthly commentary on business performance Support MD with budget management and periodic reforecasting Develop, deliver and maintain robust accounting systems & processes to ensure the integrity of day to day accounting People management of a small team of Credit Controller and Accounts Payable Assistant Preparation of annual accounts including reconciliation and year end entries, working to tight deadlines and supporting external auditor Managing monthly cash flow Support senior management by identifying key issues and suggesting solutions Identify system reports and improvements of controls including preparation of monthly KPI’s Applications are welcome from Finance Managers who are ether Part Qualified, Qualified or Qualified by experience.
