Overview
A fast growth, Private Equity business based in Reading are looking for an Interim Group Financial Controller to join their team for 6 months. Reporting to Group FD, you will assume day to day responsibility of the finance function, including production of consolidated Group accounts, redesign of existing reporting processes, budgeting and forecasting and presenting complex financial data to external investors. As the business continues to grow, you will look to implement improvements to the existing ERP system which will, in turn, increase automation. The ideal individual will be a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with strong technical accounting knowledge. You will also have experience of working in or auditing complex Groups and feel comfortable managing a team.
