Overview
Customer service advisor opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individuals working for one of the UK's largest Banks. NRG have some fantastic Customer Service roles available on an ongoing temporary basis for our award-winning client based in Newcastle. The successful candidates will need to be flexible to work 6 days out of 7 between 8am - 9pm on a rota'd basis. Successful candidates will be expected to: Deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a smooth customer journey Demonstrate a positive and responsive attitude to all calls from customers Provide customers with information on products that will benefit them Due to the nature of the work all candidates must pass a credit check & CRB in order to progress with their application. Experience of a contact centre environment would be beneficial but not essential for this position.
