Scientific Technical & Regulatory Assistant South Wales, nr Cardiff £23k Pro rata Full time, Contract (6-9 months maternity cover) The role Our client is looking for a full time Scientific Technical & Regulatory Assistant with regulatory experience to manage customer correspondence regarding products and regulations. You’ll be based north of Cardiff working for a global biochemical manufacturing and development company that strives for technical excellence and customer satisfaction. Duties and previous experience will include: - Application of existing knowledge and experience with regulatory affairs and quality systems (HACCP, GMP, Food Safety). - Timely resolution of customer enquiries and complaints. - Excellent customer service and satisfaction. - Use and experience of customer relationship management databases and Microsoft Office. Education A degree in biochemistry / science / regulatory affairs or equivalent Similar experience within a regulated, customer focussed role is essential.
