Senior Scientific Strategy Director Location: Flexible, any UK office; Manchester, Knutsford, Oxford, London, Brighton OR remote. About the role As a Senior Scientific Strategy Director, you will support organic growth and new business development by providing high level strategic scientific leadership, typically on large and complex accounts. You will serve as the scientific strategy expert for business opportunities across the expanding Fishawack Health Group, providing strategic scientific consultancy at organisational and group level. What you'll do * Provide a high level of scientific and strategic expertise to new business development activities * Advising and implementing the future direction of Fishawack Health's scientific credentials and service offerings * Support organic growth across allocated accounts, working with the client services team to identify opportunities for expanded service offerings and ensuring key strategic deliverables are aligned to business needs and overall objectives * Facilitate the integration of the creative and medical communication business by participating in the strategic planning team * Work with the commercial leads to identify business opportunities for greater shared service offering, combining creative and medical expertise About you * Ideally a minimum of 10-15 years experience within a Medical Communications agency, including working on a broad variety of projects and participation in new business opportunities * Substantial medical writing experience within an agency environment * Client focused * Strategic agility * Commercial acumen Benefits We offer a creative, supportive environment with a uniquely diverse career structure where you will be able to continuously develop.
