Customer Service Advisor £19,500 Basic OTE £24,855 Doncaster This role is working for a business that prides themselves on their core values and training provided to all employees. You will be working in a team environment within a contact centre. Duties include Inbound Calls Customers will be contacting you with a range of enquiries from purchasing insurance products Making amendments to existing policies You will be empathetic, supportive and really listen to the customers' needs in any situation You will be keen to support all calls and resolve the enquires Experience You'll need to be upbeat and adapt to change well. There will be plenty of opportunity to develop your skills, take on additional learning to build an amazing career here. You'll use your excellent sales skills to upsell and cross-sell additional products You will need a good telephone manner and transferable skills as well as being IT Literate.
