Quality Assurance Supervisor Leicester Up to £32,000 DOE Holidays Bank Holidays Pension Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm (Some Flexibility Required). Quality Assurance Supervisor required for a successful family ran, growing manufacturer. Offering a role with great opportunities for growth and development within the business. The successful Quality Assurance Supervisor will have strong experience of Quality Assurance within Manufacturing, those from an FMCG background will be at a significant advantage. Those with previous Leadership or with CPD are encouraged to apply. This is also a great opportunity for a Quality Assurance Technician to take their next step up into a role in a company that has continuous plans for expansion. The Quality Assurance Supervisor Role: Completing regular batch testing and quality checks prior to shipping to ensure quality standards are maintained with customers. Completing internal and customer audits. Raising Non Conformance Reports for any failed products, reporting this to the Operations Manager and Production Planner. Overseeing product quality of 4 production lines. Investigating customer and internal quality issues and applying corrective action. Monitoring KPI’s. Working with Direct report, and with time developing and growing the team. Logging all QA reports and customer complaints. The Successful Quality Assurance Supervisor: You will have strong experience of Quality Assurance within Manufacturing, those from an FMCG background will be at a significant advantage.
