Accounts Receivable Assistant £25,000 to £27,000 per annum Global Media Agency with amazing offices and loads of progression opportunities For over a century, this agency has pushed the boundaries in their sector and has an extremely impressive portfolio of clients. Now due to growth, they are looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team As the successful Accounts Receivable Assistant you will: Processing client payments (using Navision) Logging client payments Close liaison with banks regarding tracking problems and payment difficulties Updating and maintaining accounts files Processing client payments Running commission reports Invoicing clients and preparing remittance advice Reconciliation of multi-currency accounts Managing client accounts and liaising with them about accounting changes To be successful in your role as Accounts Receivable Assistant you will: Have previous accounts experience, ideally coming from a creative agency background Be a strong communicator with a driven and resilient nature Have a driven and ambitious attitude as well as a strong eye for detail Have strong MS Office skills and Navision proficiency is highly desirable Salary: £25,000-£27,000 per annum Benefits: Statutory holiday, health insurance, season ticket loans, discounted gym membership and loads of other retail/food discounts To apply: I can be reached via email on liam Crowley cox .co .uk or if you want to give me a call to discuss please feel free My number can be found on the Crowley Cox website or Crowley Cox’s LinkedIn page- give us a follow too while you’re there
