Overview
A permanent HR Business Partner based in the Birmingham region Your new company The role is working for a large commercial organisation with an international footprint. They are now looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to support one of their key business areas. Your new role A strategic HR Business partner, you will be partnering with key stakeholders within your business units to drive forward the people strategy. Working closely with your stakeholders you will partner with them to deliver organisational design, talent management and employee engagement - alongside supporting business as usual activities. The HR Business Partner will manage change management projects, support bid and tendering processes and lead TUPE programmes. The post holder will need to consult and negotiate with unions. What you'll need to succeed To be successful who will be an experienced HR Business Partner who will be able to demonstrate success in providing operational and strategic partnering support across a multi-sited business. You will have strong union experience and fantastic stakeholder management skills. Additionally it is also vital that you have worked for a large and commercial organisation. What you'll get in return You will receive a a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 plus car/allowance and pmi. The role offers the opportunity to work from home one to two days per week.
