Overview
Waxham House Care Home in Ryde is looking to recruit a full-time forward thinking Deputy Manager who is committed for delivery of the highest standard of care to our residents. Applicants should have successfully completed an NVQ 4 or 5 or hold an NVQ 3 and is working or is prepared to work towards an NVQ level 5 or equivalent, possess some management experience, good communication skills and a friendly disposition.
