Overview
Our client is a global law firm that seeks to recruit a corporate lawyer for six months to cover maternity leave. Duties will include; supporting the drafting and negotiation of share and asset purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, articles of association and related transaction documents. The successful candidate should be able to produce drafts of a suite of investment documents and help lead the delivery of an M&A or investment transaction including in relation to due diligence. The successful candidate will work on multi-national corporate transactions advising corporate, family office and individual clients on disposals, acquisitions and investments, public and private transactions, and day-to-day corporate matters. Applications are sought from England & Wales qualified lawyers with upwards of two years' PQE. Fluency in Italian would be advantageous but not essential. This role will be offered on a six month fixed term contract basis. BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
