An excellent opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer has surfaced at a leading firm in London. This role is offered on a permanent, full time contract. Role Overview In joining the firm as a Corporate Lawyer, you will be handling a mixed caseload of corporate and commercial matters. You will deal with a broad spectrum of issues ranging from: Corporate matters M&A Joint ventures Business and share sales and acquisitions Corporate restructurings You will deal with a wide variety of clients, including owner managed businesses, corporates and international organisations. The Candidate The ideal Corporate Lawyer will have: 0-4 years’ PQE as a Corporate Solicitor A wide ranging background in Corporate / Commercial law at a reputable law firm Good commercial acumen The ability to provide a first rate client service Salary A competitive salary package is on offer for the Corporate Solicitor.
