HR and Employment Law Advisor Professional Services CIPD Client Details Page Personnel are supporting a well established and successful professional services organisation with the appointment of a telephone-based HR and Employment Law Advisor to join a busy and growing team. Description Based as part of a growing team, this HR and Employment Law Advisor role will involve dealing with a wide range of Nationwide clients and supplying telephone-based advise relating to a wide range of HR and Employment Law queries such as: Employee relations cases Redundancy and TUPE Changes to terms and conditions Employee handbooks Bullying and harassment Holiday entitlement and pay queries Recruitment and offers of employment Performance Management Restructures Profile Ideal candidates will have prior knowledge of employment law/HR advisory work, you maybe a law graduate or CIPD qualified/student. As this is mostly a telephone based role, you will also be comfortable liaising with clients over the phone and have an excellent telephone manner. This role is based just outside Nottingham City Centre with great transport links. Job Offer Competitive salary Excellent work environment. Some UK travel required
