Overview
NQ Personal Injury Solicitor £30,000 to £35,000 plus benefits and bonus A Personal Injury Solicitor is required by an award-winning Legal firm based in Edinburgh’s city centre. The firm provides a range of legal services across the UK and due to the development of a new Pursuer Litigation team they are now seeking a newly qualified Solicitor to join them. You will be responsible for your own caseload of litigated claims in addition to providing support on complex matters to others within the department. You will work closely with the paralegals and claims handlers and deal with predominately Motor claims in addition to attending court hearings. The successful candidate must be a qualified Solicitor and have experience in Personal Injury RTA claims. Exposure in Sheriff Courts and ASPIC litigation procedures is desirable.
