Description of Team / Department Orders team: We need a customer agent to meet all customers' and business requirements in the most cost effective, professional and timely manner whilst achieving a high level of customer service. To provide customers with a quality service for all sales enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries and associated administration in the most cost effective way for Hanson Quarry Products. To support the role of the external sales force through securing work, following up of sales leads, and promotion of branded products Purpose of the role and responsibilities: To answer customer calls promptly and in a professional manner. Ensuring you take ownership and secure the order and the customer feels valued and happy with the service offering. Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Do you have a positive, can do attitude? Is your phone manner second to none? Are you helpful, empathetic and responsive? Additional Details Customer Service Agent, Syston Leicestershire Starting salary £19,400 based on 40 hours Shifts from 6am-6pm Monday to Friday, and Saturdays on a rota basis 6-2pm.
