Overview
I am recruiting for a number of User Researchers to be based in Leeds. This role does fall inside IR35 so you must work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract. The rate quoted on the advert is the take home pay after ALL deductions. You must have a number of years of practical experience of qualitative research methodologies, in terms of design, execution and analysis. Experience in taking a lead User Researcher role within a team, setting research direction and mentoring junior research colleagues. Experience managing team dynamics and holding sufficient authority to effectively challenge points of design without alienating individuals. Experience of working within an agile project environment, and maintaining effective performance in difficult and challenging circumstances. You will specialise in designing interactions and interfaces for digital services. You will also work on all levels of the service, from high-level flows and journeys to the fine detail of individual parts. The deadline for candidate submission is Wednesday 01/04/2020 AT 10AM.
