They will monitor contracts to ensure key milestones are met and will work with the Business Development Manager, Head of Development and Directors to plan for the future of termed contracts. They will be involved in the ongoing management of various projects across the Directorate and will act as a source of expertise, advice and support on planning projects, effective ways to implement project methodologies, identify and report against risks/benefits and implementation. Duties will include: Develop and maintain Certitude's Contract database ensuring information is current and relevant Review contracts highlighting headlines, risks and issues Work with colleagues across Certitude and with other stakeholders to ensure the smooth mobilisation of new contracts Maintain oversight of all contracts and partner with colleagues to ensure awareness of our requirements and responsibilities, including reporting Project manage service redevelopment, transformation and other projects, ensuring effective governance frameworks and robust project management principles are in place About you To be the Contracts and Projects Manager at Certitude, the following are essential: Demonstrable experience of developing, implementing and providing project support to multi-disciplinary project teams A good working knowledge of social care commissioning and contractual arrangements Knowledge of project documentation systems Excellent personal organisation and written skills and ability to meet deadlines within a business critical environment A well developed ability to quickly assimilate, plan and present information accurately and to the level of detail necessary to particular situations and audiences Proven stakeholder management and networking skills and ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues, contacts and stakeholders built on trust and respect About the Organisation At Certitude we are proud of our history of supporting people with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities.
