Payroll Transformation Project Role A leading Global Advisory company currently requires an experienced Payroll professional to join their UK and EMEA payroll transformation team. This exciting opportunity would normally be based in their Canary Wharf London office, but will initially be working remotely whilst the COVID-19 crisis continues. This is an urgent opportunity for someone who is able to start work immediately. The role will be part of the EMEA and APAC teams and will transform their payroll solutions, therefore the ideal candidate will have previous experience and project transformation expertise specifically within these markets - but in particular French. Typical duties will include: Support the project lead in the design of the future operating model for the global payroll solution Support the project lead on implementation of the new data model for all payroll inputs to support the standardised global payroll integration approach. Act as the subject matter expert for all French related payroll implementation tasks Complete implementation data workbooks for EMEA countries by working with team and the future global payroll vendor Work with the head of regional payrolls to answer the global payroll vendor's specific design queries Document requirements and coordinate sign off on all design related decisions Facilitate design and discovery workshops Collect benefit related data as it relates to global payroll implementation Track, escalate and resolve issue/open items log and ensure timely resolution to meet project timelines Coordinate efforts with finance team in mapping pay codes to GL expense codes, and testing of the GL files Facilitate penny testing. Facilitate data gathering for parallel testing and coordinate efforts to complete parallel validation Work with head of regional payrolls to obtain sign off on design and parallel results Support post-go live transition to the payroll team Document local country future payroll SOP's Coordinate integration testing with HR teams This opportunity will be offered as a fixed term contract (FTC) for at least 8 - 12 months.
