Overview
As an Order Picker and Packer, your duties in the work place will include: · Order picking a range of different products · Loading and unloading deliveries ready for dispatch · Adhering to strict health and safety regulations · Working towards company targets and deadlines · Working as part of a team Hours beyond 37.25/week at 1.5x weekdays and Saturdays – 2x Sundays and Bank Holidays). We will require each worker to bring with them a yellow hi-vis vest and safety shoes with at least toe protection. The core hours of work will be 08:00 – 16:00 Mon-Thurs and 08:00 – 15:45 Fri. There are 2 15 minute paid breaks (9:45 & 14:00) and 1 30 minute unpaid break (12:00). For each 2 hours of overtime worked there is an additional 15 minute paid break.
