Mechanical Project Engineer London High rise residential / Mixed use schemes £35,000 - £50,000 & package My client, a major MEP player within the London New Build Residential market, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to join their team on a new prestigious, high spec, high rise apartment development in Central London. The candidate will supervise the on-site project works and work alongside the Project Manager with paperwork and design issues. You will ensure the works are carried out according to the underlying spec, agreed programme of works and to the required standards of workmanship. Responsibilities' Supervise implementation of the project's mechanical designs Ensure all works are completed to technical specification and are compliant with relevant regulations Carry out site audits and provide regular on-site support to the project's team as required Plan and allocate technical resources and coordination of contractors, including the control and issue of materials and equipment. Complete all necessary corresponding paperwork: RAMS, site diaries, project programs, snagging lists, O&M documentation etc Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times Provide the team with the specialist skills and knowledge to ensure the works are being carried out in the most efficient manner Build relationships with all parties involved in the project and maintain effective team communication and cooperation This is an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking a permanent role with a respected and reputable specialist M&E contractor as a Mechanical Project Engineer.
