I know everything is all doom and gloom at the moment but this opporutntiy isn't Want to work on the largest Kubernetes implementation in the UK right now? I have an opportunity where you could be working for a specialist consultancy who are well known for winning long term engagements on both public sector and government sites. They are very well respected in the DevOps community as they host multiple DevOps meetups/conferences across the UK. You might be thinking, great a consultancy, it will mean I'll be chucked everywhere across the UK while working on boring legacy systems, am I right? Well that's not the case for this opportunity, you will be joining their platform engineering team also known as their Centre of excellence team, working on a ground-breaking project using 50,000 Kubernetes pods, while also utilising the likes of Helm, Istio, Kops, sound interesting? This company are looking at all levels, right from middle level DevOps Engineers to Principal DevOps Engineers. They will put a lot of resources into you, providing you with training, paying for your certifications and even put you on a Kubernetes boot camp for the first 5 days where you will gain your Kubernetes certification after. If you're currently working with either AWS/GCP or Azure, utilising Terraform for infrastructure as code, building CI/CD pipelines, working with containers and ideally using Kubernetes, then it would be good to hear from you.
