Solutions Engineer, French Speaking - AI-powered tool - London The Company 200% growth YOY for the last 3 years with a market leading AI-powered SaaS solution. Assisting businesses to verify, protect and mitigate risk for their customers across several digital avenues across the internet ecosystem. Their end-to-end identity verification solutions fight fraud, maintain compliance and onboard good customers faster. Last year their client growth in the banking sector grew by 92%, also whilst now working with 9 of the top 10 gaming and gambling businesses in the UK&I. The Role They are looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer who can own the end-to-end solution delivery process from Presales through to Implementation and solution roll-out. Due to the growth for the client in France, this person will be owning the client relationships within that region. France is an emerging market and the fastest-growing outside the UK in EMEA, providing a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate. This person is just as comfortable with technical applications as they are with consulting and working with clients on delivering tailored solutions, whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be the Technical Subject Matter expert for any platform escalations. You will be the integration expert for how the solution can add value to the customer's user journey, specifically through web and different API channels. Consulting with prospective clients and creating RFI's/RFP's. Leading technical presentations and demoing during the sales cycle. To identify key areas for integration of existing customers platform, through qualifying of custom solutions, allowing full functionality of platform. Consult with the client's external teams as well as consulting with internal teams in Professional Services and Product. Research, design and implement a complex SaaS solution. Provide ideas and recommendations, following industry trends, in order to assist product and processes. Provided guidance to customers who are implementing solutions using the API. The Candidate The successful Solutions Engineer will most likely bring the following skills and experience: 2 years in a technical consultant capacity (Pre-Sales, Implementation, Solution Architect). Fluent in French. Ideally coming from a junior web developer background, with strong knowledge in either: Python, Ruby, Java, PHP or Javascript. Bachelor's degree (ideally within computer science or a relevant field). Collaborative team member, with the ability to work on their own. Experience working with customers on API builds or integrations. Preferably experience working across mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) - Use of mobile SDK's. Preferably an additional language such as French, Spanish or Italian. Comfortable with web technologies such as HTML, CSS or jQuery. Preferred background in SaaS, ideally within the fraud or ID verification space.
