Overview
HV Maintenance Engineer London City My client is a leading M&E maintenance company. Due to expansion at one of their sites, they are seeking an maintenance electrician to join an already established team. You will have your city and guilds, nvq or equivalent, proven track record in commercial maintenance and good communication skills. Sector: High end commercial offices Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on power LV and HV (once you have passed your HV course), riser inspections, lighting, small lighting installations, bms, emergency lighting, single and 3 phase, emergency lighting, ups checks, general electrical maintenance, checks on ahu’s, fan coil units, general plant ppm’s, escorting sub-contractors, paper work and helping other engineers. Hours are split days 7-4 and 10-7 days Monday to Friday. Salary is 38K, with loads of overtime (if wanted), great company benefits, uniform tools and more.
