Primary Purpose of the Role: Two key purposes of this role: Assist the Agile transformation activity of IS and E2 teams Ongoing support, development and coaching of agile teams and culture within IS Key Responsibilities and Tasks: Engagement with Leadership team to establish Agile strategy and advise on adoption progress Take forward the education and adoption of the Agile mind-set within Thales IS organisation Establish appropriate methodology tools to support teams on their Agile journey Support the transition of team structures to appropriate formats to enable Agile ways of working Work with Quality, Audit and Security teams to ensure stability, performance and integrity of IS products and services Mentor teams and individuals as needed Skills and Experience: Essential: Experience in delivering implementation of Agile with Infrastructure and well as Application teams Appropriate gravitas to work at Director level as well as engineering teams – comfortable to challenge and stand their ground Has worked in multiple companies and Agile implementations – at least 3 years in Agile Coach role Desirable: Experience in Engineering/Defence sector IT technical background Jira / Confluence experience In line with Thales' Baseline Security requirements, candidates will be asked to provide evidence of identity, eligibility to work in the UK and employment and/or education history for up to three years. Some vacancies may require full Security Clearance which can require further evidence to be provided.
