Primary Teacher – MPS2-6 Only – Support in Career Development / Middle Leadership Q – Are you an MPS Primary Teacher? Q – Are you looking to progress in your teaching career? This school and opportunity could be the ideal one for you One of our close clients in Camden are looking to take on 2 Primary Teachers to their 3FE School this September. However, something that gives a big appeal to this role is the support for career development no matter what stage you are at. If you are recently qualified, the school will allow you to take on a small foundation subject while shadowing an experienced member of staff in middle leadership. This will allow you to obtain the specific skills and knowledge ready for when you have your own TLR/ larger subject. On the other hand, if you have been teaching for a couple of years and feel you are ready to take on your first middle leader responsibility, the school can support you through this. You will have a member of the SLT on hand ready to give support and guidance of ways you can go about your role to make a difference.
