Onsite/Workplace Health Centre Manager Canary Wharf - London Fixed term (mat leave cover) Full Time £45,000 Closing date: 14/04/2020 If you love helping and connecting with others, and want to make a positive difference everyday, then a role at Bupa is perfect for you. What you'll be doing In this role, you will take a lead role ensuring that the onsite/workplace service lines are delivering an excellent customer experience and great customer value, whilst responding quickly to customers changing needs. You will be Accountable for leading and owning all Health Centre activities to ensure performance is optimised and clinical governance processes are adhered to. You'll also be accountable for driving and improving operational performance across all service lines within the health centre and for ensuring their respective Bupa Health Centre consistently delivers the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction. What's a typical day? A typical day will be to lead and manage the commercial and corporate needs of the Health Centre, overseeing and maintaining client and business relationships. You must ensure Bupa Onsite team maintain and develop a robust and proportionate control environment to ensure regulatory compliance and appropriate location of accountability, without prejudice to commerciality and customer responsiveness. You will have to make sure all risks are managed in line with relevant risk appetite statements and Clinical Governance. You will need to seek opportunities to maximise the business by owning the local marketing plan, raising the centre's profile and continuously drive a culture of performance on site and ensure new initiatives / products are adopted and utilised - lead on the implementation of new products and services, acting as lead on business improvements and changes. Who we're looking for? Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with employees, colleagues, customers and corporate clients Strong experience of leading teams and people management including evidence of the ability to engage and motivate people Experience of working in a regulated environment Experience of the health and care and / or wellbeing industry Good track record of driving business performance and delivering business results Strong problem solving and project management skills IT proficiency including the use of Microsoft office systems Bupa celebrates you.
