Futures Recruitment Services are proud to be supporting an equine supplement company in Chichester. Our client is looking for a personable Telesales Executive to join their team. For this role, you must have some equine knowledge as you will be speaking to equine outlets daily, as well as some telesales experience. Our client has a passion for providing the best organic products to give horses great health and wellbeing. With all the packaging recyclable and all the products meeting the highest safety standards, they have a positive eco outlook as to how the business should be run. Now the company are growing and looking to continuingly improve the business by adding another like-minded member to the team Telesales Executive key responsibilities: Communicate and build trusting relationships with account holders identifying customer needs and offering relevant solutions Identify and anticipate objections or concerns whilst speaking to business influencers and decision-makers Conduct calls to follow up warm leads as well as sourcing new business through research and market gap analysis Communicate with the wider team ensuring all accounts are covered Educate retailers on Product ranges available Key skills, experience and knowledge for Telesales Executive: Equine knowledge Telesales or sales experience Exceptional customer experience skills
