Overview

Integrity Resource Solutions are working with one of UK’s most progressive UK-wide independent financial advice organisation based in Nottingham who are looking for a para-planner, to join this successful and thriving organisation. Working in complex markets that change frequently, you will help their Corporate and Personal clients make the right financial choices through the provision of independent financial advice which is uniquely tailored to their specific needs. My Client specialises in all aspects of savings, investments and retirement planning to individuals. Through successful partnerships with Building Societies they deliver independent financial advice to their customers. For corporate clients we provide advice on engaging employees through the provision of workplace pensions, group risk schemes, business protection and other employee benefit solutions. The role of a Para-planner will consist of:- Producing client suitability reports confirming new recommendations in accordance with the Company’s internal standards and compliance procedures Obtaining accurate quotations, key features and applications for advisers’ meetings with clients Assessing advisers’ and file documentation in accordance with the Company’s compliance requirements Analysing clients’ circumstances, needs and objectives Providing research on all relevant advice areas, products and investment funds Assisting in the implementation of remedial actions following delegated monitoring activities or regulatory changes as they occur Receive incoming telephone calls, dealing or redirecting as appropriate so that calls are dealt with efficiently and by the correct person. Ensure all correct documentation is provided to advisers in a timely manner Creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and plan records on Intelligent Office Managing and completing all relevant tasks assigned by advisers, managers/team leaders and other support team members. The ideal candidate for the Para-planner position must have:- A strong knowledge of Financial Services due to the HNW level of client that you will be working with and the technical elements of the work, (general knowledge across a wide range of financial planning areas such as pensions, investments, protection and estate-planning (including use of Trusts) My client is looking for candidates to be Diploma Qualified or at least studying towards this Minimum of one years’ experience in an IFA/Wealth Management environment.
