Overview
Technical Coordinator Solihull, West Midlands £35,000 to £40,000 plus £6,400 car allowance, fuel card and many more benefits. I am currently working with a high-end bespoke residential developer located in Warwickshire. They are a privately owned Company building new homes across West Midlands, Worcestershire, Staffordshire Cheshire, and Flintshire. This bespoke developer are looking for a confident Technical Coordinators with experience in a similar role within the Construction Industry to join our Midlands Region with an Engineering background. The ideal candidates will have an engineering background preferably with a degree or HNC (or equivalent) in a relevant building related subject, with sound knowledge of building regulation and drawing package etc. for residential developments. The selected candidate needs to have 2-3 years residential development experience with an Architectural Practice, Housebuilder or Contractor. As Technical Co-Ordinator, you will work closely with the Technical Manager overseeing the live sites from inception through to completion whilst managing and monitoring site progress. You will be liaising with in-house architects, engineering consultants and sub-contractors to coordinate technical information throughout the project team. The role will also involve liaising with utility providers to procure utility package, overseeing the NHBC / Building Regulations applications to approval and providing information for discharge of conditions.
